Pantograph

The pantograph serves as a device on rail vehicles for transmitting electrical energy. This product is characterized by optimized lateral stiffness, a spring-loaded light-weight sliding contact with a carbon bar as contact element.

Carbon Strips / grinding strips

Carbon profiles as well as complete contact strips can be offered. Due to the low weight of such carbon components, the pantograph requires only low contact pressure. The Pantograph handles the dissipation of the electricity as well as the mechanical stabilization of the carbon profile against impact and deflection.
